Jake Davis and John Kichak founded East Coast Trail Raiders in 2007. Both of them have always owned 4x4's and have loved to use them to their full potential. They were always wheeling and/or working on all kinds of 4 wheel drive vehicles and starting to meet people a lot of people who did the same. It only made sense to start a small club for primarily the coastal region and watch it grow. So far this group has taken regular trips to Uwharrie National Forest and trips to local wheeling hotspots.
"Our hopes and dreams for this club are to create a solid community for off-roaders, and to have a lot of fun while being as safe and respectful as possible."
We have great expectations for this group. Our goal is to make it a family friendly environment, and to make a great reputation for ECTR within the community. This is why we will not tolerate excessive foul language, crude behavior, or illegal wheeling. If this sounds like a group you would like to be associated with, then please get in touch with us via our forums, email, or on facebook at our group's page.
We tend to have fun in all types of terrain (mud, rocks, sand, light trailriding) and have some simple guidelines for people we like to associate ourselves with: you must wheel your rig (no street queens) and no illegal wheeling.
