The Galveston Chapter of the Tx4Wd Organization was created with intentions of building and maintaining relationships among 4x4 enthusiasts of any make, model, or flavor. It is to be relied upon as an avenue to append and align like-minded individuals, thus creating a camaraderie that can potentially last a lifetime.
Through continued participation club members will learn the ins and outs of off-roading. Leaving the pavement may be where the laws of the road end....but it is where the laws of the trails begin. Many responsibilities come with enjoying our sport.
The club will see to it that the trails we enjoy will be left cleaner than they were when we arrived, and will be driven on in a proper, respectable manner. We adhere to the principles and philosophy of Tread Lightly.
Whether your passion is rock crawling, mudding, beach cruising, or leisurely trail rides, the Galveston Chapter will do all it can to accomodate everyone so as to deliver maximum enjoyment out of our vehicles and newfound friends. Come join us and see what all the hype is about.
